*Please note that certain products in the mentioned table may or may not be eligible for return, replacement, or exchange, as otherwise mentioned against them below. For all products, the return or replacement/exchange policy on the product/combo page at the time that the order was placed shall prevail. The return or replacement/exchange policy of a product is subject to change depending on business requirements, and the policy that was active at the time of order purchase will be applicable.

1. Surgical, Medical & Dental Products:-

Return Period of 2 Days from the Delivery Date.

Surgical Products Return / Replacement Acceptable Conditions.

• Wrong Product Received by Customer.
• Expired Products Received by the Customer.
• Unboxing Videos of Actual Shipments (Box) is Mandatory for Return & Replacement
• Money will be refund with in 7 to 10 days as per banking procedures.
• NO COD (Cash on Delivery) available.
• Order once place can’t be cancelled.
• At the return time order, original packing is required.

If the product is not eligible for a replacement or exchange after delivery for any reason, such as being out of stock, the return pickup being unavailable, or any other similar issue, you may return the product within the designated return period following delivery.

 

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, including all components and any freebies. When returning a product, it is important to pack it properly. Be aware that if you hand over an Incorrect Product(s) to our Courier Service Partner, Shiv Malhar Solutions will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs to such Incorrect product during transit or otherwise.

 

At the time of pickup, certain products may undergo a doorstep Quality Control Inspection. The Quality Control criteria may include Same Brand, Style, Color, Size, Number of pieces in the pack, Same Brand Box Packaging, Same Box Packaging in No Damage condition (Resalable), No Missing accessories such as laces, flowers, bows, ties, etc., Security tag on the garment, and Used/Unused status. If any of these criteria are not satisfied, the return request for the product may be placed on hold. Please note that you can submit another Return request as long as the return window for that product has not yet expired.

 

Once the original product(s) has been received at our Facility and the quality check has been completed, your replacement or exchange product will be dispatched to your specified address. In the case of returns, the refund for the original product(s) will be processed as applicable.

In the case of returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back in our Facility and have completed all the quality checks and verifications at our end. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order.

In the case of replacements/exchange, no refund will be issued; instead, the new product(s) will be shipped to the customer only after the original product(s) has/have been returned.

The entire amount paid by you for the product/service through any of the payment modes, can be refunded in bellows ways:

· Original source transfer - The amount will be refunded to the source from where the payment was made by customer at the time of placing the order.

· If payment was made via Debit Card then the amount will be refunded to the very Debit card linked bank account used by the customer at the time of making initial purchase. Amoun Refund Maximum Dayas 7 to 10 days.

· If payment was made via Credit  Card then the amount will be refunded to Credit Card used by the customer at the time of making initial purchase. Amoun Refund Maximum Dayas 7 to 10 days.

•  Ensure your knee is fully extended and position the brace on your leg from the back of the knee.
•  Secure and fasten the velcro straps at the front for your comfort.
•  Take the large central band from the opposite side, place it over the patella, stretch it, and attach it with velcro.
